I know how you busted your ass . I know that achieving your goals was the beacon in your life that you thought would fix everything. You’ve completed them, and in return you’re living a pretty amazing successful life. By every account, you should be super proud of yourself and happy, and yet, your fucking miserable! That might feel really confusing to you, but it’s not confusing to me!

My life transformed through connection and recovery—and I can help you do the same.

I know about transformation.

After losing my mother to addiction in 2005, I had to change. Her death woke me up to the reality that my life was headed nowhere. I feared that my life might end up like hers. I knew that I wanted to change that story.

I knew I had to learn to love myself—flaws and all—so that I could show up in my relationships and live my life on purpose.

Literally everything changed when I started connecting to people who understood me and could support me through my own recovery journey.

It is because of my past experiences, that I am so passionate about helping others rise out of the negative behaviors and find a life of purpose and happiness.
